1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Bedtime Backdrops website (the "Website") and your purchase of products from us (the "Products"). By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website or purchase our Products.

All products displayed on the Website are offered for sale, subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time. Prices are displayed in British Pounds (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may not be an exact representation of the actual product. Colours may vary slightly depending on screen resolution and display settings.
4. ORDERING AND CONTRACT FORMATION
When you place an order through the Website, you are making an offer to purchase Products on these Terms. Your order will be confirmed by email once we have received and accepted it. A contract between you and us is formed only when we send you this order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, without providing a reason. To place an order, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
5. PAYMENT
We accept payment by credit card and PayPal. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed. All payment information is encrypted and processed securely. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details. If payment fails, we will contact you to arrange alternative payment methods.
By providing payment details, you warrant that you are authorised to use that payment method and that the information provided is accurate and complete.
6. DELIVERY
6.1 Delivery Area and Charges
Free delivery is available to UK mainland addresses only. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands, or overseas destinations. 6.2 Delivery Timeframe
We aim to deliver your order within 7-10 days from the date your order is confirmed. This delivery timeframe is an estimate only and does not form an essential part of this contract. Whilst we make every effort to meet this timeframe, we cannot guarantee delivery within this period. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to manufacturing delays, courier delays, or adverse weather conditions.
6.3 Delivery Address
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We will not be liable for delivery to an incorrect address provided by you.
6.4 Risk and Title
Risk of loss or damage to Products passes to you upon delivery to your nominated address. Title (ownership) of Products passes to you once we have received payment in full.
7. RETURNS POLICY
7.1 Eligibility for Return
We only accept returns of Products in the following circumstances:
- The Product has a clear manufacturing defect; or
- The Product has suffered clear damage during delivery.
Returns for reasons other than manufacturing defects or delivery damage will not be accepted. This includes returns due to change of mind, colour variation, or unsuitability for purpose.
7.2 How to Request a Return
If you believe your Product is defective or has been damaged in delivery, you must contact us at Noddy@bedtimebackdrops.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. You must provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage. We will assess your claim and advise you of the next steps.
7.3 Return Process
If we approve your return, we will provide you with return shipping instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect, in which case we will arrange and pay for return shipping. Products must be returned in original, undamaged packaging. Products returned in damaged or non-original packaging may be refused.
7.4 Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned Product, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Refunds will be for the Product price only and will not include original delivery charges.
8. CANCELLATIONS
8.1 Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order at any time up until the point at which the Product is placed into production. Once production has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled.
8.2 How to Request Cancellation
To request cancellation, you must contact us at Noddy@bedtimebackdrops.co.uk as soon as possible. We will confirm whether production has commenced and either cancel your order or inform you that cancellation is no longer possible.
8.3 Refund Upon Cancellation
If your order is cancelled before production commences, we will refund the full order amount to your original payment method within 14 days.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, representations, and conditions relating to the Products and the Website, whether express or implied. This includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of rights. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or malicious code. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Website or purchase of Products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
